TRUMPED!

This election cycle has put so many conservative voters at odds with one another that I worry about our chances of turning this country around. We forget that the power of influenceSlide1 trumps the power of control every day of our lives. Is anyone out there married? I am. Who can deny all the choices you made in life because your wife disagreed with your decision? I’m telling you Trump is no fool. He may not be as principle driven as a Ted Cruz but he makes decisions with an expectation of success. So far he has counselled with Ben Carson, one of the most principled men in the race and he has made remarks accepting the possibility of building a team of the most successful conservative leaders in our country. So trust God and step back a little and believe that all the prayers of all the Saints in this great country are being answered.

And that’s this Christian American’s Opinion.

You Will Find Me When You Search for Me With All Your Heart.

A Wikipedia search for the discovery of the atom produces an exhaustive bit of information. Hundreds of references and links will reveal that many scientists world-wide spent their entire lives searching for mathematical and physical evidence of the smallest particle of matter. But where did even the concept of this particle originate?… Philosophy!… Not science but an idea! …..Faith!

Why are not these people laughed off the stage of science, logic or reason?

In 600 BC Jainism calls atoms Paramanu which can neither be created nor destroyed. It is eternal, i.e., it existed in the past, exists in the present and will continue to exist in the future. It is the permanent basis of the physical existence. The entire physical existence is composed of these ultimate atoms. How could he have known this? No science here!

And for the past 2000 – 3000 years we have had mathematicians and scientists devoted their whole lives to the pursuit of truth with regard to the science of the unseen but the “God mockers” today accept their findings without reservation or vitriol.

Jeremiah was called to prophetic ministry in c. 626 BC, a Hebrew contemporary of Jainism.

Jeremiah 29:13 “When you look for me, you will find me. When you wholeheartedly seek me, I will let you find me, declares the LORD.”

But what is the foundation for their acrimony? Is an acknowledgment of God and His word a painful smack against their logic or reason that they feel threatened? Not when it comes to atoms.

Recently I watched a short YouTube clip of Bill Maher and Ralph Reed. Of course Bill and his constituents found their purpose fulfilled when they mocked Mr. Reed and Christians for their belief in God, Jesus and the Holy Bible. The profane condescension of Bill and the uncivil comments left by his followers on YouTube (warning) should be enough to convince you of their position against the Christian world view. It’s easy to see that Bill Maher believes what he argues with passion and exploits his views for profit as it substantiates his audiences’ philosophies. He got a big laugh from the crowd when he mocked God as well. (It’s these kinds of people God loves to save)

But where is the logic that  they profess as good reason for their rancor?

I declare it is nothing more than a pure hatred of the idea that there could be an established moral law, designed for our happiness here on earth, by an eternal God. To agree with Christians that there is an unseen Being that created us and our universe for His pleasure is beyond the pale in their view.

Has Bill Maher or his fans ever seen an atom? I doubt they have, yet they believe it exists. Why? Because many who searched for the atom’s existence over the past 200 years with all their hearts have proclaimed the atom to be real.

Well I say God is real as well, but people like Bill have never taken the time nor the interest to find Him. And their sinful nature and corrupt minds would rather demagogue those who have searched and found Him than take them at their word.

Matthew 7:7
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.

Deuteronomy 4:29
But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul.

Bill would sing a different tune if he only took the time….but sadly of course if he doesn’t redeem the time……he has all eternity to regret that he didn’t.

Democratic God of Obama – His God-zilla Size Incompetence

Image

The only God in the Democratic Party other than the god that our enemies worship is the Godzilla sized lies and incompetence that is so apparent every day from the top down.

So now we hear about yet another scandal that proves Obama’s Godzilla sized incompetence.

The VA has been mismanaged for quite a while. Even before his election in 2008 Obama campaigned on the need to change things at the VA. Well things have really changed since he’s been elected. His administration gives bonuses to those who allow 100s our soldiers to die. And when this is discovered he does nothing more than give the VA director what amounts to a time out!

“Obamacare will provide inexpensive healthcare to 30 million Americans that don’t have insurance”.  “You can keep your doctor”.  “You keep your plan if you like it”. “Your premiums will go down!” All blatant lies known to be untrue at every speech Obama made from his first day in office.

The IRS is directed by Obama’s administration to intimidate conservative groups prior to his reelection campaign and when they are found out he goes on television during the Superbowl and smugly lies by declaring there is not a smidgen of corruption.

Obama arms our enemies in Libya and then allows the murder of 4 Americans in order to cover it up and his Secretary of State declares “what difference does it make?”

Democrats used to be an honorable party but when I watched their convention in 2012 and saw them indignantly vote to have GOD removed from their platform it became disappointedly obvious that everyone that remained in this decrepit party decided to stay because it truly represents who they are. A godless power-hungry group of fascists that want nothing more but to destroy the Constitution that protects us from the likes of them.

The evil we face today is more powerful than in days past. The vile rant of those on the left that  Bush and Cheney are war mongers for the sake of oil are so blind to the truth that the facts never seem to matter. Where’s the oil?

Then we have  feminist liberals wholesale slaughter of babies in the womb for profit and if their murderous spirits can’t kill babies they take their guns to gun free zones and slaughter innocents there. And what is the response from their liberal cohorts? Take away guns from the Godly and Law abiding. Brilliant!

Now how sick is that?

When challenged all they can do,  going to historical moments, blame a Republican that did something counter to what Conservatives are vocalizing today; in someway using that to justifying their position.. They will never admit they are wrong.  All they do is obfuscate divert attention from themselves and blame Bush. Now how ridiculous is that?

So if you consider yourself a Democrat because your parents or grandparents were democrat, stop listening to the liberal pundits rant against the Tea Party and Conservatives from the leftist media and spend some time alone considering what is the meaning of right and wrong. Consider what the values are that really matter in your daily world.  Then find someone who claims to be affiliated with the Tea Party movement or just claims to be a Conservative and ask them what they value in life. If you are still persuaded that being aligned with the Democrat party is what you want, than you deserve the Godless future of Godzilla sized destruction you get. But if you are moved by the basic values that it appears you both share…welcome to the Godly world of the Conservative movement.

Sunday’s a Commin’

constitution-signing1

Only fools believe government to be benevolent. Only Christ is benevolent and a government that protects the inalienable rights of its citizens acts on the behalf of Jesus Christ. So was, for this purpose, our constitution written. The fools who declare our constitution archaic and out of date have no honest appreciation for the Liberty and Freedom and Christlike living it is designed to protect. It was not designed to protect godless atheism or a tyrannical Federal government. It was designed to protect us from such things by providing for the FREE exercise of our religious freedom and the pursuit of our own personal happiness.

The abuses over the past 50 years have given a permissive society an excuse to decry the value provided by our sacred constitution. Yes I said sacred. Not ordained or inspired by Christ as the Bible but by the Godly wisdom and principle of Christlike men who sacrificed all they had for the principles penned within. To mock or belittle its tenets is disrespect of the highest degree and one must ignore the millions of lives that have been either lost or impacted in its defence. In everything give thanks for this is the will of God concerning you and remember…..

It’s Good Friday y’all but Sunday’s a commin’

Ukraine names Baptist pastor as acting president.

We need pastors like Oleksandr Turchynov in America!

During this time of fateful change in the life of the Ukrainian nation, the Church and each Christian individually cannot remain spectators on the sidelines of the battles and losses

“Oleksandr Turchynov, a well-known Baptist pastor and top opposition politician in Ukraine, took office on Sunday, Feb. 23, as acting president after the Parliament voted to oust President Yanukovych,” reports Christianity Today.

“The collapse of the Yanukovych regime follows three months of growing protests that exploded in last week’s violence, which claimed more than 88 lives,” the article notes. “Many of these protests took place in the Maidan, or Independence Square in the capital city of Kiev.”

Ukrainian evangelicals are calling for national prayer, forgiveness and reconciliation in the wake of the traumatic recent violence.  According to CT, Valery Antonyuk, vice president of the All Ukrainian Union of Evangelical Churches, Baptist, issued the following statement:

A Message of Reconciliation:

Pants on Fire

7 reasons not to believe the President

1) Income inequality is the worst it’s ever been!

Obama sayeth, “[T]oday, after four years of economic growth, corporate profits and stock prices have rarely been higher, and those at the top have never done better. But average wages have barely budged. Inequality has deepened. Upward mobility has stalled. The cold, hard fact is that even in the midst of recovery, too many Americans are working more than ever just to get by; let alone to get ahead.”

There’s all sorts of wrong going on here, but here’s one of the bigger ones – “income inequality” was worse in 2000 and in 2007. But if you adjust the rate for the massive taxation the government does and the redistribution of wealth already underway, income equality is the same as it was in 1987. It’s pretty easy to make the case that the only reason Obama pretends it’s a sudden crime that needs to be addressed right now is that Obamacare is such a disaster that needs to be ignored.

2) Raising minimum wage will help families

Obama sayeth, “[We] have a bill to fix that by lifting the minimum wage to $10.10… This will help families. It will give businesses customers with more money to spend… So join the rest of the country. Say yes. Give America a raise.”

It’s not hard to believe that Obama, who has never run a business, doesn’t understand that artificially forcing a business to pay someone more than their wage is worth will put more people out of the labor market. Making job creation more expensive leads to fewer jobs.

3) His minimum wage hike for federal workers brings immediate relief

Obama sayeth, “In the coming weeks, I will issue an executive order requiring federal contractors to pay their federally funded employees a fair wage of at least $10.10 an hour, because if you cook our troops’ meals or wash their dishes, you shouldn’t have to live in poverty.”

But most employees of federal contractors earn more than the minimum wage, so this will apply to only about 10% of those, or 200,000 employees. Finally, this wage hike won’t apply until 2015 at the earliest, and even then, only for new contracts, not old ones.

4) How many Americans have gained insurance under Obamacare?

Obama sayeth, “More than 9 million Americans have signed up for private health insurance or Medicaid coverage.”

But in fact, five million Americans have lost insurance, meaning that this number is not a net gain. In other words, the vast majority already had insurance before Obamacare. As few as 11% might be new enrollments to Obamacare. Finally, the payment system for the federal Obamacare website isn’t completed; who knows how many of these will experience more “glitches.”

5) Obama will cut red tape that’s holding up construction jobs!

Obama sayeth, “we’ll need Congress to protect more than 3 million jobs by finishing transportation and waterways bills this summer.  But I will act on my own to slash bureaucracy and streamline the permitting process for key projects, so we can get more construction workers on the job as fast as possible.”

But what’s actually holding back these projects is lack of money, not red tape. Joshua Schank of the think tank Eno Center for Transportation explains:

“The reason most of these projects are delayed is they don’t have enough money. So it’s great that you are expediting the review process, but the review process isn’t the problem. The problem is we don’t have enough money to invest in our infrastructure in the first place.”

Perhaps if Obama hadn’t squandered what was supposed to go towards infrastructure in his stimulus bill on green energy boondoggles and other crony capitalist schemes, there might have been more money to fund these projects. Nevertheless, not only hasn’t Obama created “shovel-ready jobs,” he has actually lost 720,000 of them in the Construction field.

6) Your medicare premium went up? You’re making that up!

Obama sayeth, “because of this (health care) law, no American can ever again be dropped or denied coverage for a preexisting condition like asthma, back pain or cancer… And we did all this while adding years to Medicare’s finances, keeping Medicare premiums flat, and lowering prescription costs for millions of seniors.”

That’s simply not true:

Although the basic premium remained the same this year at $104.90, it increased by $5 a month in 2013, up from $99.90 in 2012. Obama’s health care law also raised Medicare premiums for upper-income beneficiaries, and both the president and Republicans have proposed to expand that.

On paper, the program’s giant trust fund for inpatient care gained more than a decade of solvency because of cuts to service providers required under the health law. But in practice those savings cannot simultaneously be used to expand coverage for the uninsured and shore up Medicare.

7. Obama’s created 8 million new jobs in the last four years

This figure leaves out a lot of lost jobs early in Obama’s presidency and glosses over that this recovery has been the weakest since World War II. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, only a net gain of 2.4 million job have been added on Obama’s watch (this doesn’t account for population growth, leading to the lowest labor participation rate since 1978).

You might think Obama might get into trouble for all these lies, but you’d be wrong – he’s a Democrat, remember? The media will barely mention these, or just ignore them all together. And for Americans who are too busy trying to get ahead in this terrible economy, tuning into The State of the Union address allows the president to solidify these misleading talking points in people’s minds. DC Creates an Emesis Epidemic!

Image

Is the constitutionality of the 1st 2nd and 4th amendment issues that face us today merely decided by the subjective opinion of those in power? Are the people that are in our circle, that we might offend, the litmus test for right and wrong? I believe the founding principles need to be protected beyond the Amendments or laws which they produced…but that would require those who make our laws, those who execute our laws and those who define the intent of our laws to have principles to begin with or be GOD FEARING PEOPLE, as our founding fathers were who created our Constitution!

Which they are not!

I’m getting dehydrated!!!!

And that’s this Christian American’s Opinion…

GUILTY!!!!!

Allathree-1

Last night we were enjoying a retro night. Some new and some old customers were eating sliders and watching the Midnight Special music videos from the 70’s. All of a sudden one of the customers screamed “they have a verdict in the Zimmerman case”!!! Convicted of first degree murder!!! We all went to our smart phones to google the results. We could not believe what she was saying! The place erupted! All but one of the customers that had been following the case were aghast. The one that was exalting his supposed conviction mirrored the sentiments of every low information drive by media spin we’ve heard for the past year and a half.

But who truly are the guilty in this case? Well not George Zimmerman for sure as the verdict finally came out innocent of ALL charges. I say the GUILTY are a perverted media that’s biased by the race hatred panderers and those who support them. Below is a great article from Clarence McKee, a columnist from NEWSMAX.  http://www.newsmax.com/Insiders/ClarenceVMcKee/id-150

Racial Hypocrisy Highlighted in Zimmerman Case

Saturday, 13 Jul 2013 07:14 PM By Clarence McKee

I get so tired of racial hypocrisy.

The George Zimmerman trial is a reminder of one sad fact — in America a black life has more value when taken by a white than by another black.

Trayvon Martin was black. Zimmerman is not. In census jargon, he was a “white” Hispanic.

Martin’s problem that fateful night in February 2012 was that he was “WWB” — walking while black, and wearing a hoodie to boot. The hidden fear of many parents of young black males is that either while WWB or “DWB” — driving while black, they will be targeted by police or others.

Even after his parents, reported him missing, his body still remained in the morgue for three days as a “John Doe”— just another dead black teenager.

Thankfully, Martin’s parents were persistent in seeking justice and action by local authorities. They asked for others to get involved and seek justice for their son — they never made it about race.

Others did.

What really spurred the national uproar when local officials first refused to charge Zimmerman with any crime was the fact that Martin was the black victim and Zimmerman, even if Hispanic was the “white” shooter.

Regardless of the jury ‘s verdict, before the trial even started and any evidence was introduced, Zimmerman was tried and convicted in a sea of racial politics by much of the black civil rights and political establishments and the mainstream media.

Congresswoman Frederica Wilson, D-Fla., who represents Martin’s hometown of Miami Gardens, said that “Trayvon was hunted down like a rabid dog; he was shot in the street; he was racially profiled.”

She was not alone:

There were marches and protests by national civil rights leaders, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and black politicians shouting “justice for Trayvon”;

The Miami Heat team had a photo with them wearing “hoodies.”

The president of the United States said “Trayvon could be my son.”

The mounting political pressure resulted in Zimmerman eventually being charged with second degree murder.

Would any of this have happened if Zimmerman were black? Would anyone but their families have cared?

It seems that if you are in an uproar over a white killing a black; why not show the same outrage when countless numbers of blacks, including innocent little children, are killed by other blacks on a daily basis?

For example, over the Fourth of July holiday, more than 60 people were wounded and nearly a dozen were killed in Chicago alone.

The real tragedy is that if Trayvon had been shot by another black male in his South Florida hometown of Miami Gardens, it may have gone unnoticed by the same celebrities, civil rights leaders and entertainers who rallied around him in the Sanford tragedy.

In the past five years, Miami Gardens has ranked among the top Miami-Dade cities with the highest murder rates per 100,000 residents. It’s young and dynamic Mayor Oliver Gilbert, a lifelong resident, has said:

“We won’t allow an entire community of people to be identified by the horrible actions of a small minority of people . . .  Most of the people in Miami Gardens are great decent people.”

With Gilbert’s leadership, members of the clergy have called for an end to the violence; police have hosted meetings with local crime watch groups and ministers and city leaders have held vigils in memory of victims.

The victims include the “Trayvons” that those rushing to protest the Sanford killing — including Wilson — never heard of or apparently cared about.

A few of them were listed in The Miami Herald:

An eight-month pregnant mother who succumbed to her injuries after being shot on her boyfriend’s porch. The unborn baby did not survive.

A high school football player gunned down while he sat in a car in front of his friend’s house.

A local car wash owner killed while trying to stop a robbery.

A corrections officer shot dead in front of his home.

So why not the same national protests and calls for action by these black leaders, politicians, Obama, and concern in the mainstream media for the national plague of black on black youth crime in Chicago and other cities such as Miami Gardens?

Why no mass protests or marches from celebrities, athletes, and politicians rallying around and supporting Mayor Gilbert and his police force to put an end to such violence?

Why no calls to the president and the attorney general’s Community Relations Service to invest hundreds of millions of dollars for mayors and local law enforcement in Miami Gardens and other cities to launch an all-out war on such urban violence as the administration is doing to educate and sign up people on Obamacare?

Any chance?

Don’t hold your breath.

Most of these black on black killings occur in poorer inner city neighborhoods.

A new study by Georgetown University’s Center for Applied Research shows that Obama has actually mentioned the poor less frequently (26 percent) than any of his modern predecessors in the Oval Office.

It is fine to demand justice for Trayvon in Sanford and let a jury decide on Zimmerman’s guilt or innocence.

But, it is hypocrisy to make such demands when a white kills a black; yet remain silent when black youths are killed by other black youths.

I Was A Stranger And You Took Me In

statue_of_liberty_with_extract_of_poem_by_emma_lazarus_fixed

“Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame,

With conquering limbs astride from land to land;

Here at our sea-washed, sunset hates shall stand

A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame

Is the imprisoned lighting, and her name

Mother of Exiles. From her beacon hand

Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command

The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.

“Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!” cries she

With silent lips.

“Give me your tired, your poor,

Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,

The wretched refuse of your teeming shore,

Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,

I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”

With all this immigration reform chatter I’m very suspicious of a new website and video that is being sent around by many evangelical spokes persons including some one I’ve always admired Max Lucado. The website and video are at http://www.salemoffers.com/campaign/i-was-a-stranger/rc/swnnewsletters. It’s title is “I was a stranger”. This message wants to seem benign as it asks for Evangelicals to take 40 days to pray for God’s will regarding “immigration”. The directive is for 4 separate “Challenges” to yourself, your campus, your church and legislators. They have a 17 page toolkit to walk these 4 groups through the marketing process (my word). The reason I’m suspect is because it is only on page 17 of the toolkit that you find this statement of purpose,

As evangelical Christian leaders, we call for a bipartisan solution on immigration that:

  • Respects the God-given dignity of every person
  • Protects the unity of the immediate family
  • Respects the rule of law
  • Guarantees secure national borders
  • Ensures fairness to taxpayers
  • Establishes a path toward legal status and/or citizenship for those who qualify and who wish to become permanent residents

We urge our nation’s leaders to work together with the American people to pass immigration reform that embodies these key principles and that will make our nation proud.

I never in all my life, and as the grandson of Italian immigrants, thought for one moment that America is not an immigration friendly country. It is only because of the illegal lawless immigration problem we have been experiencing for the past 40 years created by the political class for a number of illicit reasons, that immigration has become a polarizing issue. The lies being told by the Democrats regarding the Conservatives who have been fighting to protect our borders has misinformed the american people and seems to have influenced the more liberal arm of the Cristian community. The issue IS NOT ABOUT IMMIGRATION! The issue is about LEGAL immigration and the lawlessness of the Federal Government in their pursuit of political power over the states and every other branch of government.

Beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing and the subtle little foxes. Just sayin.

And that’s A Christian American Opinion.
